This function returns a smalldatetime value for
the specified date and time.

It is similar to DateTimeFromParts, we have SmallDateTimeFromParts
which returns a smalldatetime value for the given date and time.
Example:
Select SmallDateTimeFromParts (2011, 7,
23, 22, 15)
Result:
2011-07-23
